It looks like a card that doesn't know what it can do, but it actually has a lot of things it can do (or rather, what it has to do).
In order to take advantage of the low-class Red Eye personality, which is rare, Normal Summon is used to fulfill the conditions for activating Gaisen. A ② effect that allows you to call Diabolos while activating the Dual effect.
(2) As for the effect, it seems that it was added with the intention of forcing Red-Eyes to follow his dual path, so maybe he should prepare a support card for the time being, and the image is to advance time. Maybe it's a nuance, but frankly, it's not strong. In the first place, since it is a theme that is severely dysfunctional even without using the Dual effect, it is frankly that if the Dual effect is to be used, a dedicated construction specialized for Dual will be formed. 《Catalyst Field》and ablation.
Regarding the main ① effect, it can revive Red-Eyes who died in a torrent funeral or Sambol at once, or revive them from battle destruction, which is the super-fatal weakness of Red-Eyes. I am really grateful for the fact that the badness and poor status can be resolved to some extent.
However, in the current situation where removal methods other than destruction are rampant, there will be many tragedies that cannot be activated even though they have been removed.
Because it is completely passive, it is quite painful that it cannot be activated with a gimmick that includes destruction, which is often used in the deployment gimmick of Rokket, which is compatible with Red-Eyes.
It's difficult to incorporate it into a combo strategy, but when it works well, it's strangely strong. The biggest downside is that when you're stuffing his deck with cards to care for a rather dysfunctional theme called Red-Eyes, you realize there's no space for this card.
Right now, he's a card that doesn't really fit in the deck, but if the day comes when his Red-Eyes can move more compactly with a theme card, I think this card's rating will rise. The illustration is really cool.

A card whose effects of (1) and (2) do not match each other subtly. Ideally, I would like to release this guy who Special Summoned him in ① and connect it to the effect of ②, but it hurts that I can't choose the timing myself. I would be happy if I could activate it against the opponent's torrent funeral, but recently the rate of adoption of torrent funeral has been declining.

Personally, I like this card a lot, but the effect of 1 is useful in situations where a large number of decks are deployed, and it is difficult to use it with the slow-starting Red Eyes Deck. At least it was compatible with redame and level 7 and above... that might be broken. The effect of 2 requires the release of yourself, and I thought it would be an effect on death, but as the bottom says, it may not be a complete effect on death.

An interesting effect that flies when a friend dies and revives it.
But since it's been strengthened now, is there any room to put it in?

Since it is a low-class Red-Eyes, its main use is summoning and gait.
Synchro Xyz or summon Dual Red-Eyes again with the 2nd effect of Retrograde Dragon.
Well, as you can see, I mostly choose Deck.
It is worth adopting the deck that is the main deck of Gaisen and has a tuner, a level 4 Normal Monster, and a Dual.
At first glance, the effect of ② looks like a negative release, but it is useful for targeting the effect of the black stone ② in GY.
For example, if you recruited Dual with Blackstone on turn 1 and then sent it to GY, on turn 2 you can collect Dual after resummoning Dual with Recirking Dragon and Gyokusen.
By doing this, you can leave GY with cards that can be revived by Gaisen.
The effect of ① is not only a target, so you can consider it as a bonus, but it can be used to prevent one-kill when you are black holed, or to force an attack when you are buried in a torrent.
To be honest, I got a bad impression of this card because of how it was included in the pack (aka "Tardy Dragon" is a good card), but it's an interesting card to use.

bad for Naraku
If it's destroyed as much as possible, you can mix Red-Eyes with P summons and retroactive if Red-Eyes is destroyed... No, I don't know...
(2) comes out in (1) and immediately releases it and summons Dual! I wonder if it's for doing
It might be interesting to be able to surprise a substantial effect resistance grant from your hand

The main effect is the first half. Since it supports both combat and effect destruction, there are quite a few opportunities to activate it, but the restriction of "Red-Eyes" at level 7 or below is slightly troublesome, and 《Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon》and fusions are out of range. And it is powerless against removal other than destruction. It's the first time for him to use DARK/Red-Eyes monsters, so it's useful when using "Red-Eyes Triumph". The second half effect doesn't even reduce release, and there are very few opportunities to use it.

What I want from Red-Eyes is initial movement and stability,
This card, which is an effect of the premise that Red-Eyes has already appeared,
To be honest, I'd say it's a disappointment.
Become a trigger for a triumphant return at the lower class, more than Hiryu
It looks like it's going to be in the hiring range.

If you just look at the text, it doesn't say anything about being weak, but it feels like this isn't it. Somewhat difficult to use. The effect of (2) is mostly Red-Eyes, which requires release for summoning, even if Normal Summon power is increased.
There is no reason for existence just because it is a low-class Red-Eyes, but everything is too subtle.

Will the Red-Eyes enhancement be stopped for the time being?
The first effect is that when his Red-Eyes are destroyed, he will SS himself and his destroyed Red-Eyes. It's not bad to be able to add destruction resistance with a card that can be searched. It's useless against removal other than destruction, but it also supports combat destruction, so there should be plenty of opportunities to activate it.
The second effect is his Red-Eyes limited 《Double Summon》that releases himself. Since it releases itself, it cannot be used for Xyz Summoning or Tribute Summon of the highest level Red-Eyes. It should be treated as an effect to summon Dual Red-Eyes again. It is compatible with Gaisen, and it is possible to re-summon Dual Red-Eyes that has been revived by fulfilling the conditions of Gaisen.
There are some parts that are unsatisfactory about the effect, but even so, the low-grade Red-Eyes that is easy to handle is valuable. Go for a Red-Eyes Deck that wants to use Giosen or Rank 4.

Red-Eyes imbued with the power of the Time Machine. Have you been conscious of Hermos?
Could the Red-Eyes version of 《Torrential Reborn》, which can be used from your hand, be an effective answer as insurance against Red-Eyes' removal? Can effectively keep Red-Eyes in play.
However, it is true that many cards are powerless against bounces and removals, but Red-Eyes is pretty tough against these, so it's a pain not to have a countermeasure against them.
Even considering that it is the second low-ranking Red-Eyes, it has excellent compatibility with Gaisen, so is it an option when using Gaisen?
The second effect is that he doesn't have many lower grades in Red-Eyes, and he doesn't have many opportunities to Tribute Summon the highest grade, so I think it's almost a turn.

Low grade Red-Eyes with a time machine motif
Being able to bring back all the destroyed monsters is powerful, but the effect is too dependent on the opponent and active activation is impossible, so it's just an insurance.
The second effect is the addition of summoning rights... but unlike other similar cards, it must be released and cannot be used in Xyz.
How exactly did this happen...
VE, low grade Red-Eyes, which was expected, but the reality was not sweet
Low-class Red-Eyes has a minimum value, but ATK is also lower than the flying dragon, and it is unreliable even if equipped with a black steel dragon.

Time slips and time trips like Tachyon...
Red-Eyes The last novelty is the built-in time machine effect.
Although there are currently many removals that do not involve destruction, it is a passing point as a surprise attack effect because it is written in a way that seems to be able to revive non-targets as a bonus. A combo that revives while scattering flames with Burn is also possible.
However, I'm worried that Redame doesn't include steel flames with high suppression power as a matter of course. Even if you revive it, you can't use the effect.
The "Double Summon" effect in the second half that uses himself as the cost says to summon his Dual again.
Even if you use the above effect, it doesn't make much sense because it is unclear whether you can survive until the return turn.
Rather, it seems that the biggest advantage is his DARK low grade Red-Eyes, which does not have any problem with its own effect even if summoned unlike the wyvern.
Since you can satisfy Gaisen's trigger by itself, you can actively use your own effect from Dual Resurrection.
